It has been both exiting and exhausting to build a new course: International Business Communication. Ciel-lab has been sponsoring development costs. Students have been picked from all departments of Faculty of Humanities at UCPH. They were presented with a challenge at a kickoff seminar at Mærsk Line Nov. 28, and we have spent winter and spring collecting data in Copenhagen and Mumbai, before analyzing data and presenting results and recommendations to Mærsk Line. Internal and external sponsors (DM, Forbundet Kommunikation & Sprog, and INSS at UCPH) helped cover the student study trip expenses. It is truly exiting to work with so many committed and gifted people at APMM, UCPH and external project collaborators. To APM the work is worth 7 or 8 figures. To the students, the process is worth so much more.

Our next case beginning work summer 2013 with climax maj 2014 has been chosen.

My field of expertise is corporate communication and institutional interaction. My special interest is in ‘doing leadership’ and in facilitating and orchestrating participant contributions in embodied verbal communication situations, be it business meetings or video conferences or innovative teams at workshops. I love to cooperate with inspired, competent and effective colleagues. In my group, we prioritize international research partnerships and regional and national research political partnerships.
